Founded in 2009 on the corner of Collins Ave and 168th Street, Air Conditioning Repair Miami Co began as a two-person shop with a single van and a stubborn commitment to doing the job right the first time. Fifteen years later we operate six fully-stocked service vehicles, employ twelve certified technicians, and service the entire North Miami Beach corridor — but the operating principle has not changed. Every system we touch gets diagnosed properly, repaired honestly, and tested under real load before we leave the property.

We are a licensed, bonded, and insured HVAC contractor (License #CAC1817026) registered with the State of Florida. Our technicians carry EPA Section 608 certification, NATE certification, and factory training from Carrier, Trane, Lennox, and Mitsubishi. That means when a manufacturer warranty is on the line, our paperwork and our labor both qualify — no voided warranties, no third-party finger-pointing, no surprise bills.

Residential or commercial, single-zone mini-split or 60-ton rooftop package unit, the workflow is the same: thorough diagnostic, written estimate, signed approval, clean execution, follow-up test. We document everything with photographs and refrigerant logs. We haul away the old parts. We protect your floors with drop cloths. We show up in the window we promise or we call ahead. What we do not do is equally important: we do not charge for travel time within our service area, we do not upsell equipment you do not need, we do not subcontract your repair to an uninsured handyman, and we do not leave a job site without explaining what we did and why.
